Happy Halloween!

November 2, 2011

Yes, its a little late. That’s how things go around here.

We had a a great Halloween this year. My dad and step-mom made a spook-tacular meal on Sunday night with all kinds of creepy and delicious food. Here are some of the dishes: Eyeball tea (tapioca tea), Guts (oysters), Dean’s Brains (cauliflower), and my absolute favorite: Witches Brew with Goblin Bones (chicken wings), Witches Hearts (prunes), and Snakes Teeth (orzo pasta). Delicious! I only wish that I had taken photos.

On Halloween we went to the Halloween parade at school and we had a great time Trick or Treating with friends. Want to see their costumes?

I like to make their costumes and had fun putting these together with sweat suits from Old Navy, strips of green cloth, felt, and yarn. We are already throwing around ideas for next year.

Hope you had a wonderful Halloween!
